Qualifications

Illinois Professional Educators License with School Nurse endorsement or current RN licensure in Illinois with IEP designation and CPR completion.
Illinois Certification as Vision and Hearing Screening technician preferred.
Computer literacy and competency with district technologies.
Experience in pediatric, adolescent, community or mental health nursing and health program management preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate a comprehensive school health program and deliver services to students and staff.
Ensure compliance with district/state policies and Illinois state nursing regulations.
Support health education, screenings and health promotion across district buildings.
