Hy-Vee is seeking a licensed Floating Registered Pharmacist to support multiple pharmacy locations in Chariton and surrounding Hy-Vee stores. The role involves filling and verifying prescriptions, counseling patients, and assisting with immunizations and MTM.

You will collaborate with pharmacy teams, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulations while delivering friendly, patient-centered service across stores.

Competenze

• Must be a licensed pharmacist in good standing.
• 6 months to 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• Ability to administer immunizations as certified.
• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) preferred.

Mansioni

• Fill and verify prescriptions and counsel patients in line with OBRA '90 and state/federal regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information per HIPAA and protect pricing data.
• Assist with immunizations and vaccination programs where certified.
• Support inventory management, ordering, stocking, and invoicing.
