Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform radiographic exams and related lab procedures within the Enterprise Corporate - Nursing Float Pool. The role requires competency validation by a supervisor and involves preparing images for radiologist review, performing quality control, and maintaining accurate records.

Active AART registration or MT/MLT certification is needed, with two years of Rad Tech experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Completion of a formal radiology, laboratory, or medical technology program.
• Registered by AART, or certified as MT or MLT.
• Must communicate clearly in English; team player with ability to collaborate.
• Two years Rad Tech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiological exams as directed by the provider with verified competency.
• Perform quality control on radiographs, equipment, and chemicals.
• Prepare images for transport to off-site radiologist for over-reading.
• Maintain records of procedures, results, and QC in the lab section.
