Tender Touch Rehab Services is hiring a Floating Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in Tallahassee, FL. You will provide PTA services under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist in SNF and long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the practicing state.
• Minimum 1 year of SNF experience and willingness to travel between facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
