Tender Touch Rehab Services in Tallahassee, FL is hiring a Floating Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time role in SNF and long-term care settings. You will work under a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver therapy services and coordinate care across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant to apply.
• Associate’s degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Current PTA license in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A solid year of SNF experience and willing to travel to multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
