We are currently located in Florida, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, and Maryland with continued plans to expand our network of schools. Our goal is to grow talented educators and experienced Directors from within as we continue to expand our programs and develop internal career paths.

We are looking for experienced and new daycare, preschool, toddler, and infant teachers who are ready to begin their career with us. We are passionate about the growth and development of children, and we want team members that share the same passion with us, inspiring children to be lifelong learners through our curriculum. Our affectionate and nurturing staff ensures that our children are instilled with the knowledge to succeed.

Those team members interested in traveling between schools as a Floating Teacher will also have a 4-day work week and additional travel pay!

What You Bring as a Team Member:

All Teachers are expected to plan, direct, and participate in age-appropriate activities designed to promote the intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development of children. You will prepare children for kindergarten by easing them into organized education from infancy to school age using our provided curriculum. You will also assist in daily care such as feeding, changing, and nap time. You will maintain interactive and open communication with parents and other team members using our Classroom Management system. Lead Teachers will also oversee classroom management, design lesson plans, and fulfill requests made by the Assistant Director/Director. As a full-time floater, you will travel between local schools on short notice to assist where needed in classrooms. Your expectations as a teacher will not vary, but you will be able to bring your passion, knowledge, and support to multiple schools as one of our floating teachers!

Our Promise to You:

We take pride in our work, and that includes our Team. Without you, we could not provide the high level of child care we are known for! To ensure you have the support you need to focus on the important job of developing our children, we promise to provide:

  • Competitive pay
  • Health/Dental/Vision insurance
  • Paid time off
  • 401(k)
  • Paid holidays
  • Referral Bonus
  • In-house training and educational assistance
  • Mobility Bonus if you work at another location
  • Tuition discount for your own children

Compensation:

Compensation is commensurate with a teacher at that level of education and experience, and includes an hourly stipend as a permanent floater between schools.
