Job summary

MainStreet Family Care is seeking a flexible Physician Assistant to support multiple clinics in Northeast Florida, delivering patient-focused urgent and primary care. The PA will cover a wide range of services, including minor procedures, dermatology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, EKGs, and telemedicine.

The role emphasizes teamwork across clinics, fast-paced urgent care settings, and leadership within clinical teams. A board-certified PA with strong communication skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant Board Certification required.
• MSN, or higher education required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Minor surgery (toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.).
• Suturing.
• Splinting.
• General Orthopedic evaluations/management.
• Review of x-rays (to be over-read by Radiologist, too).
• General Dermatology.
• General eye problems.
• General EKG interpretations.
• Emergency management skills.
• General GYN expertise.
• Treating children of all ages.
• Occupational medicine.
• Telemedicine.
