Job summary

MainStreet Family Care is hiring a Physician Assistant to work across multiple clinics in Northeast Florida. You will deliver fast, patient-focused urgent care and primary medical services, including telemedicine and occupational medicine, with leadership in a high-volume setting.

Flexible shifts and clinic hours support a busy urgent care network; candidates should bring board certification, MSN or higher, and strong EMR/MS Office skills for effective team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant Board Certification required.
• MSN or higher education required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Minor surgery (toenail removal, foreign object removal etc.).
• Suturing, splinting, and general orthopedic evaluations/management.
• Review of x-rays (over-read by Radiologist).
• General dermatology and eye problem management.
• EKG interpretations and emergency management.
• GYN care and pediatric care across ages.
• Occupational medicine and telemedicine services.
