Job summary

MainStreet Family Care seeks a Physician Assistant to work across Wilmington, Havelock, Swansboro, and Kinston clinics in East North Carolina. You will deliver patient-centered urgent and primary care, perform minor procedures, and support telemedicine and occupational medicine services.

The role requires PA board certification and MSN or higher, with strong communication and EMR skills to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant Board Certification required.
• MSN or higher degree required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with EMR and Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care and primary medical care across multiple clinics.
• Perform minor procedures: toenail removal, foreign object removal, suturing, splinting.
• Conduct general orthopedic evaluations and reviews of x-rays.
• Manage dermatology, eye problems, EKG interpretations, and GYN cases.
• Assist in occupational medicine and telemedicine services.
• Support a high-volume, fast-paced urgent care environment.

Floating Physician Assistant – East North Carolina Region

MainStreet Family Care is growing and we're looking to hire a fast, fun, and friendly Physician Assistant (PA) to work in multiple clinics in your area (Wilmington, Havelock, Swansboro,Kinston). You will provide patient-focusedcare to help our patients feel better FAST! Boom! Services provided to the public include urgent care, primary medical care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine. The ideal applicant will be flexible working with teams in different clinics and providing leadership in a high volume and fast-paced urgent care environment.

Responsibilities:

• Minor surgery (toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.)
• Suturing
• Splinting
• General Orthopedic evaluations/management
• Review of x-rays (to be over-read by Radiologist, too)
• General Dermatology
• General eye problems
• General EKG interpretations
• Emergency management skills
• General GYN expertise
• Treating children of all ages
• Occupational medicine
• Telemedicine

Schedule:

• Shifts determined two months in advance
• MainStreet Clinic Hours
  • Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
• KidsStreet Clinic Hours
  • Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
• Work hours are subject to change based on company needs, training, floaters, etc.

Qualifications:
