Qualifications

• Must hold PTA license or be eligible in the state of employment.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrates teamwork and flexible scheduling to support multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate PTA services in assisted living and memory care settings.
• Work collaboratively with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team-friendly environment.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and be flexible with hours.
