Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in assisted living, independent living and memory care settings.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills and experience with electronic documentation.
• Be licensed or license-eligible as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state employed.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services in multiple senior living communities.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team environment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
