Job summary

Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a full-time float Physical Therapy Assistant to serve senior living communities across Blue Hill, Deer Isle and Stonington. You will provide comprehensive therapy and work with a supportive rehab team to promote independence for residents.

Eligibility for licensure in the state is required with strong documentation skills and flexibility in scheduling. A $5,000 sign-on or relocation bonus is offered along with competitive benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Current PTA license or license eligible in the state employed.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive therapy services in assisted living, independent living and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team-based workflow.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation and demonstrate flexibility with hours.
