Job summary

Access Family Pharmacy in Hixson, TN is the largest location and serves as the training hub for the group. A pharmacist is needed to float across Jasper Drugs, Whitwell Pharmacy and Cates Street Pharmacy, handling daily operations and patient care.

The role requires an active TN pharmacist license, background check, drug test, and immunizations certification. Travel between stores (30–40 hours/week, including two Saturdays per month) is required, with starting pay of $58–$62 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active TN pharmacist license in good standing.
• Background check conducted post-offer per FCRA guidelines; results reviewed per EEOC guidelines.
• Immunizations certification required.
• Candidate must pass a drug test for employment.

Responsibilities

• Float between Jasper Drugs (Jasper, TN), Whitwell Pharmacy (Whitwell, TN), and Cates Street Pharmacy (Dunlap, TN) and support daily operations.
• Coordinate with store managers and PICs; oversee techs as part of a team.
• Learn all services offered across locations, including compounding and LTC pharmacy.
• Provide personalized patient care and build relationships across stores.
