Job summary

Ingles Markets is seeking a Floating Pharmacist to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining high productivity and adhering to safety and sanitation standards. The role floats between assigned store locations as scheduled, offering flexible coverage to support store operations.

Required are a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm D, a licensed pharmacist, and a valid CPR certificate with immunizer certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm D Degree is required.
• Licensed Pharmacist with state board registration.
• Certified Immunizer and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service.
• Advise customers and provide product information as needed.
• Provide pharmacist dispensing services and maintain strong customer relations.
• Accurately prepare prescriptions and communicate clearly with patients.
• Direct pharmacy technicians and cashiers when Pharmacist-in-Charge is absent.
• Update department progress to Pharmacist-in-Charge.
• Order stock needed for daily operations.
• Train staff on technology and equipment.
