Job summary

Ingles Markets in Seneca, NY is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join our floating pharmacist program, delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care across assigned stores. You will dispense prescriptions, provide patient counseling, and ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation procedures.

The role requires a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, active license, immunizer certification, CPR, and experience in retail pharmacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD required.
• Licensed Pharmacist in state board.
• Certified Immunizer and CPR certification required.
• Related pharmacist work experience and retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service within the pharmacy.
• Advise customers and provide product and medication information as needed.
• Process prescriptions accurately and communicate clearly with patients.
• Administer immunizations and vaccines per state/federal regulations.
• Direct pharmacy technicians and cashiers when Pharmacist-in-Charge is absent.
• Update department progress and complete required paperwork daily/weekly.
• Order stock needed for daily operations and train staff on systems.
