Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in West Virginia.
• Experience in a dispensing setting preferred.
• Ability to work across multiple sites within 25 miles of Charleston, WV.

Responsibilities

• Dispense medications and provide patient counseling.

• Coordinate with other healthcare providers and maintain HIPAA compliance.
