Job summary

Cabin Creek Health Systems is seeking a floating pharmacist to join our team. The role involves dispensing, patient consultation, ambulatory care, and medication management across all CabIn Creek Health Systems pharmacies within 25 miles of Charleston, WV.

This exempt, 0.80 FTE position offers variable weekly hours, with a minimum of 30 hours per two-week pay period and up to 80 hours as needed. Excellent opportunity to contribute to integrated primary care in a Federally Qualified Health Center.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in West Virginia in good standing.
• Experience in dispensing settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close procedures for pharmacy operations.
• Process prescriptions and manage data entry.
• Maintain inventory control and medication supply.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect patient privacy.
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers to optimize patient care.
• Provide customer service and medication counseling.
