Job summary

You will provide nursing care across both school programs and the residential campus, supporting health, safety, and well-being for children and adolescents. Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts RN license in good standing.
• Experience with children or school/residential settings preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to children and adolescents in school and residential settings.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and nursing protocols.
• Assess illnesses, injuries, and health status changes.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Communicate with families, educators, and clinical team.
• Support individualized healthcare plans across programs.
• Provide health education to staff as needed.
• Respond to urgent medical situations calmly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare, school, residential, and regulatory requirements.
• Float between programs based on division needs.
