Job summary

UF Health is seeking a Medical Assistant who will float across Urgent Care, Specialty, Pediatric and Primary Care clinics. You will support administrative and clinical tasks under the direct supervision of a licensed physician, contributing to efficient patient flow and care delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, graduate from an approved Medical Assistant program, and bring either <1 year of MA experience or up to 1 year of related experience, with current BLS or equivalent certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Less than one year Medical Assistant experience.
• Prefer one year Medical Assistant experience.
• Must be graduate from approved Medical Assistant program.

Responsibilities

• Will float to multiple Urgent Care, Specialty, Pediatric and Primary Care clinics.
• Assist in all aspects of medical practice including administrative and clinical procedures under supervision of a licensed physician.
