Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited course of study as a Medical Assistant.
• Direct patient care experience in ambulatory care is preferred.
• CPR/Basic Life Support required or to be obtained within first 90 days.
• Licensure/certification as Medical Assistant must be current.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the direct supervision of a licensed physician.
• Perform clerical, insurance, and medical record functions as needed.
