Morgan Properties is seeking a Floating Maintenance Tech to troubleshoot HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing, while keeping properties in top condition. The role requires a valid driver's license, and living within a 30-minute commute is preferred.

HVAC/EPA/CFC certification is a plus, with at least one year of related experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and rotating on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Ability to troubleshoot service issues across HVAC, appliances, carpentry, electrical and plumbing.
• Maintain both interior and exterior areas per company standards and laws.
• Respond promptly to maintenance tickets and communicate progress clearly.
