Job summary

Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of maintenance across multiple communities in the designated market.

This role requires traveling between properties to address repairs and upkeep, ensuring high standards of safety and resident satisfaction. Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of maintenance experience, basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of previous maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC, EPA, and/or CPO certifications may be required depending on community.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to resident and staff repair requests promptly.
• Report equipment malfunctions to the Maintenance Supervisor in a timely manner.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors for landscaping, painting, and asphalt as needed.

This position does not have a single designated worksite.
