Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Floating Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of maintenance, repair, and grounds keeping across communities. The role travels between properties within a designated market, performing tasks from painting to HVAC and electrical work as needed.

Requirements include strong customer service, excellent communication, and a high school diploma. HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications may be required depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine interior and exterior community maintenance as scheduled and on request.
• Respond to repair requests and maintenance concerns from residents and staff.
• Report equipment malfunctions and hazardous conditions to Maintenance Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain resident privacy and safety, and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Attend in-service training and work with vendors as instructed.

This position does not have a single designated worksite.
