Bell Partners seeks a Floating Maintenance Technician to travel between multiple properties, performing interior and exterior maintenance and basic repairs. The role supports residents and staff, responds to repair requests, and ensures safety and privacy in all tasks.
Candidates should have 1–3 years of maintenance experience, basic HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, and a high school diploma. Some communities may require HVAC/EPA/CPO certifications; OSHA safety practices apply.

A Floating Maintenance Technician performs a wide variety of maintenance, repair, grounds keeping, and other interior and exterior maintenance duties for communities under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor. This position does not have a single designated worksite. Instead, this position is expected to travel between and perform work at multiple properties within a designated market or region.
The responsibilities for a Floating Maintenance Technician with Bell Partners may include painting, snow/ice removal, gutter cleaning, replacing filters, working with trash compactor, plumbing, light bulb replacement, A/C maintenance, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repair.
Hourly: $26.00 - $28.00
Incentive compensation opportunities are available and are performance based.
