Job summary

Shea Properties is seeking a Floating Service Technician to maintain multiple apartment communities in Englewood, CO. The role covers carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, and preventative maintenance, ensuring property standards and resident satisfaction.

This full-time position may transition to a single-site assignment and requires strong communication, basic computer skills for work orders, and safety awareness.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• The Floating Service Technician maintains several apartment communities per Shea Properties standards, performing carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, masonry, appliance and other general and preventative maintenance repairs.
• This position may transition from a floating role to a single-site assignment in the future.

Description

The Floating Service Technician is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the several apartment communities in accordance with Shea Properties standards, policies and procedures. The Service Technician performs carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, masonry, appliance and other general and preventative maintenance repairs.

This position will likely move from a full-time floating position tofull-time assignment on a single apartment community site in the future.
