National Development is seeking a full-time Floating Maintenance Technician to service our apartment communities in the Boston area. You will maintain interior and exterior conditions, handle service requests, and support turnover for vacant units across properties.

The ideal candidate has residential maintenance experience, including appliance repair, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and painting, and can travel between communities.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance (preferably residential) including Appliance Repair, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Painting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the interior and exterior physical condition of the assigned property in a professional manner
• Assist in the performance of all maintenance duties including service requests and apartment turnover functions

Maintenance Technician with National Development

National Development is looking for a full-time Floating Maintenance Technician for our apartment community portfolio. The ideal candidate must be skilled in all areas of general maintenance and must be able to perform physical maintenance operations of the property.

As a Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibilities include:

• Maintain the interior and exterior physical condition of the assigned property in a professional manner
• Assist in the performance of all maintenance duties including service requests and apartment turnover functions
• Regularly care for buildings and grounds as needed
• Reliably handle emergency situations
• Ability to travel between all communities in our residential portfolio

What You Bring to Us:

• Experience in property maintenance (preferably residential) including Appliance Repair, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Painting, etc.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
