Under supervision of a Registered Nurse or Provider, the LPN delivers direct patient care and supports established care plans while collaborating with multiple teams within our network. Formación

• Connecticut LPN license is required.
• Medical/Surgical office experience preferred.
• Specialization or additional work experience may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborates with health care team to help patients meet care goals.
• Obtains, documents and reports patient data per plan of care.
• Performs therapeutic measures under supervision of RN or MD to support patient outcomes.
