Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr

Responsibilities include meeting, greeting, and qualifying prospective residents, following up on leads and referrals, scheduling and conducting property tours, and guiding clients through the leasing process from application to move-in.

Essential skills and experience include:

• Previous success in a customer service environment (retail, hotel, restaurant experience welcome)
• NJ Real Estate License required
• Yardi experience preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multi-task, work independently, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Residential leasing experience and knowledge of Fair Housing regulations preferred
• Reliable transportation and punctuality for property visits and trainings

Compensation: $50,000 annually.
