We are currently seeking an Experienced, Professional Leasing Agent with a minimum of 6 months of experience in property management, retail service, or sales. We are looking for someone who is not afraid to take charge and make wise decisions. We want someone who will bring experience, professionalism, and positivity, and that has a strong work ethic.

Qualifications & Experience

• Leasing, sales, and customer service experience desired.
• Exceptional multi-tasking and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Good understanding of basic accounting practices.
• Yardi experience is a must.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is required.

Job Summary

• Providing in-person assistance and service to residents with regard to the payment of rent, fees, and other charges.
• Coordinating leasing, marketing strategies, and resident activities.
• Responsible for maintaining up-to-date resident files, managing delinquencies, and preparing and delivering legal and formal documents, completing weekly reports.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License and Vehicle required
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
• Minimum of 2 years experience in property management, retail service, or sales
• Excellent interpersonal relations, communicative skills, and a customer-focused service orientation
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) required
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively
• Proficient in reading, writing, grammar, and mathematical skills

Schedule

Monday to Friday 9a-5p, some weekends. May occasionally assume responsibility for the community when the Property Manager is unavailable or absent.
