Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Travel between school sites to lead kitchen operations.
• Oversee food production, service quality, and safety.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff on recipes and sanitation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety for all kitchen areas.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and receiving at each site.
• Monitor labor and adjust schedules to meet coverage.
• Ensure compliance with ServSafe, HACCP, and child nutrition rules.
