Amrize, a leading construction materials supplier, has immediate openings for a Floating Mechanic to support operations in the Denver, CO area. Travel primarily to Brighton, Longmont, Greeley, and Littleton with potential to other Denver sites. You will diagnose, repair and maintain loaders, excavators, haul trucks, dozers and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years minimum heavy equipment operator/mechanic experience.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces.
• Willing to travel to Brighton, Longmont, Greeley and surrounding Denver areas.
• Adherence to safety protocols and PPE requirements.

Responsabilités

• Test mechanical products and equipment for proper performance per specs.
• Repair and replace damaged and worn parts.
• Operate and inspect heavy equipment to diagnose faults.
• Dismantle and reassemble equipment using hoists and hand tools.
• Schedule maintenance and keep service records.
• Read manuals, blueprints and technical drawings.
• Maintain safety standards and PPE usage.
