Qualifications

• 5+ years of heavy equipment mechanic experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines and heavy equipment repair.
• Experience with hydraulic, electrical, and emission control systems.
• Experience using diagnostic software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy construction equipment
• Perform daily maintenance inspections and preventative maintenance
• Service diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and emission control systems
• Maintain tracks, transmissions, and other critical equipment components
• Complete inspection and maintenance records
• Change fluids, lubricate equipment, and replace worn parts
• Deliver and install parts at job sites as needed
• Load and unload materials
• Maintain equipment, tools, and a safe, clean work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
