Responsibilities

• Forecast goals for the region or centers and strive to meet them
• Recruit, recognize, retain talented teammates; monitor performance; provide leadership and coaching
• Lead, develop, and inspire team members to achieve success
• Supervise sales, production, and administration of centers
• Review estimates for accuracy and compliance periodically
• Monitor financial metrics and identify opportunities and trends
• Manage DRP accounts and update as needed
• Provide coaching and feedback to teammates
• Maintain good relationships with other departments, insurance adjusters, and customers
• Ensure compliance with OE/Insurer/I-CAR requirements
• Handle regulatory compliance, including hazmat regulations
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experience in auto repair industry or team management
• Knowledge of repair processes and procedures
• Valid driver’s license and insurance eligibility
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organization, multitasking, and adaptability skills
