Responsibilities

  1. Forecast goals and objectives for the assigned region or centers and strive to meet them.
  2. Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates. Monitor performance and provide leadership, coaching, and training.
  3. Lead, develop, and inspire others to achieve success.
  4. Supervise sales, overall production, and administration of the centers.
  5. Review estimates periodically for accuracy and compliance.
  6. Monitor financial performance metrics and identify opportunities and trends.
  7. Manage DRP accounts and update as needed.
  8. Coach team members through timely, specific feedback.
  9. Build good relationships with other departments, insurance adjusters, and customers.
  10. Ensure the center meets OE/Insurer and I-CAR requirements.
  11. Ensure regulatory compliance, including hazmat regulations.
  12. Perform other duties as required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

  1. Must be at least 18 years old.
  2. Experience in auto repair industry or managing a team.
  3. Understanding of repair processes and procedures.
  4. Valid driver’s license and insurance eligibility.
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills, adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

Physical & Environmental Requirements
