Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Completion of mandatory trainings including CPR/First Aid, Med Aide, and Universal Precautions.

Responsibilities

• Promote community integration by supporting ISP participation and community activities.
• Provide personalized physical and emotional support and daily living assistance.
• Assist with medication administration following physician orders and document accurately.
• Maintain regulatory compliance through timely, accurate documentation and safety procedures.
