Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in a medical spa environment.
• Experience managing multiple locations at district level.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Excel, Outlook, scheduling systems, and EMR systems.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to travel frequently between studio locations in Northern California.

Responsibilities

• Oversee studio operations across multiple Northern California studios.
• Travel frequently between studio sites to support teams.
• Monitor performance using KPIs (revenue, bookings, cancellations, AOV).
• Conduct inventory audits and ensure standards.
• Build rapport with staff while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Collaborate with HR and senior ops to implement initiatives.

NakedMD is a leading medical aesthetics and med spa company dedicated to providing personalized, affordable beauty and wellness services across Northern Califonia. As we continue to expand our presence, we are seeking a District Manager to oversee operations across multiple studio locations.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality services, operational excellence, and business growth throughout our Northern California studios. The District Manager will be responsible for driving performance, maintaining professional relationships, and staying informed on industry trends.

85k-100k Salary + Bonus Eligible

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing all studio operations across multiple Northern California studios
• Traveling frequently between studio sites to ensure operational consistency and support local teams
• Utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and manage studio performance, including revenue, bookings, cancellation rates, and average order value
• Conducting regular inventory audits and ensuring compliance with company standards
• Building rapport with studio staff while maintaining professional boundaries
• Applying business acumen to optimize multi-location operations and drive growth
• Staying current on medical spa services, products, and industry trends to inform business decisions
• Partnering with the HR department and senior operations leadership to implement company initiatives and support staff development

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-3 years of professional experience in a medical spa environment
• Experience managing multiple locations or sites at a district or multi-site level
• Hands-on experience with performance management using KPIs such as revenue, bookings, cancellation rate, and average order value
• Proficiency with Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, scheduling and booking systems, and EMR systems
• Knowledge of medical spa services, products, and industry trends
Experience partnering with senior operations leadership
