NakedMD is seeking a District Manager to oversee operations across multiple Northern California studio locations. This role drives operational excellence, staff development, and growth while coordinating with HR and senior leadership.

You will travel frequently, monitor KPIs, and stay current on medical spa services and trends to inform business decisions. Requires 2–3 years in a medical spa and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–3 years in a medical spa environment.
• Experience managing multiple locations.
• KPI-driven performance management experience.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Excel, Outlook, scheduling and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all studio operations across multiple Northern California locations.
• Travel frequently between studio sites to support teams.
• Monitor studio performance using KPIs (revenue, bookings, cancellations, AOV).
• Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure standards compliance.
• Build rapport with staff while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Apply business acumen to optimize multi-location operations and growth.
• Stay current on medical spa services, products, and trends.
• Partner with HR and senior leadership to implement initiatives and staff development.
