Job summary

NakedMD is expanding its East Coast footprint and seeks a District Manager to oversee operations across multiple studio locations. You will travel between sites, drive performance using KPIs, and partner with senior leadership to implement initiatives that grow the business.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a medical spa setting, a bachelor’s degree, and strong proficiency with Power BI, Excel, and EMR systems. This role requires US work authorization and regular travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
2–3 years of experience in a medical spa environment.
Experience managing multiple locations or sites at district level.
Hands‑on experience with KPIs such as revenue, bookings, cancellation rate, and AOV.
Proficiency with Power BI, Excel, Outlook, scheduling systems, and EMR systems.
Knowledge of medical spa services, products, and trends.
Experience partnering with senior operations leadership.
Authorization to work in the United States.
Ability to travel frequently between studio locations on the East Coast.

Responsibilities

Oversee all studio operations across multiple East Coast studios.
Travel frequently between studio sites to support local teams.
Use KPIs to monitor revenue, bookings, cancellations and AOV.
Conduct inventory audits and ensure standards compliance.
Build rapport with studio staff while maintaining boundaries.
Apply business acumen to optimize multi-location operations.
Stay current on medical spa services, products and trends.
Partner with HR and senior leadership to implement initiatives and staff development.
