Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• General knowledge of cleaning methods and safety procedures.
• Ability to perform arithmetic operations with basic math.
• Ability to work with staff and students in a district environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform semiskilled cleaning and building maintenance tasks.
• Open/secure buildings and inspect doors, windows, locks for security.
• Conduct snow removal, including shoveling and snow blowing.
• Clean restrooms, replenish supplies, and empty trash.
• Sweep, wax, and dust mop assigned areas; clean carpets and windows.
• Set up/tear down seating and equipment for events.
• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to maintain facilities.
• Develop positive relationships with internal and external customers.
