NRP Investments LLC is looking for a Floating Community Manager to oversee properties in San Antonio, Texas. The role involves ensuring excellent customer service, managing financial performance, and supporting the leasing team.

You will travel to various communities and act as a Community Manager when needed. With at least 5-6 years of experience in property management, you will need a strong background in financial analysis and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Formación

• 5-6 years of property management experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License is necessary.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Regulations and Landlord-Tenant Laws.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee financial performance and achieve budgeted NOI.
• Maximize cash flow and ensure timely rent collection.
• Coordinate daily management of apartment community operations.
