Job summary

Fairfield Residential in Nashville, TN is seeking a Floating Community Leasing Associate to represent Fairfield across multiple properties within the Nashville region. This role blends sales, customer service, and marketing to create exceptional resident experiences and drive leasing success.

About the Role

As a Floating Community Leasing Associate, you'll be the face of Fairfield for prospective residents across multiple communities throughout the Nashville, TN region. Travel throughout the region is supported by a monthly auto allowance. This role combines sales, customer service, and marketing expertise to create exceptional living experiences and drive leasing success.

What We're Looking For

Estimated Rate of Pay:
$19.32 - $23.05
This position is non-exempt; the range above reflects hourly rates.

The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any). In addition to base salary, Fairfield offers all full time associates the following, upon meeting eligibility requirements:
