Job summary

Fairfield Residential is seeking a Community Leasing Associate in Nashville to guide prospects through the leasing process and craft exceptional living experiences. This role blends sales, customer service, and marketing to help our community thrive.

You will serve as the face of Fairfield, drive leasing, manage files, and use Yardi for leasing workflows, while staying abreast of local market trends and contributing to social media efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Leasing or real estate experience preferred.
• Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required.

What We're Looking For

Estimated Rate of Pay:
$17.10 - $20.15
This position is non-exempt; the range above reflects hourly rates.

The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any). In addition to base salary, Fairfield offers all full time associates the following, upon meeting eligibility requirements:
