Job summary

Fairfield Residential is seeking a Floating Community Leasing Associate to support multiple communities in the Houston, TX region. You will blend sales, customer service, and marketing to drive leasing success and create exceptional living experiences.

The role requires strong communication, leasing skills, and experience with property management software. You will work across communities with a focus on resident satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Minimum of one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail required.
  • Leasing or real estate experience preferred.
  • Experience using Yardi or similar property management software a plus.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact for prospects and residents.
  • Showcase community features and close leases.
  • Deliver exceptional service and maintain resident retention.

About the Role

As a Floating Community Leasing Associate, you’ll be the face of Fairfield for prospective residents across multiple communities in the Houston, TX region. This role combines sales, customer service, and marketing expertise to create exceptional living experiences and drive leasing success.

Customer Service & Sales

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents.

What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Estimated Rate of Pay:
$21.16 - $24.15
This position is non-exempt; the range above reflects hourly rates.

The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any). In addition to base salary, Fairfield offers all full time associates the following, upon meeting eligibility requirements:
