Benedictine in the upper Midwest is seeking a flexible CNA-NAR (Float) to travel between facilities and deliver compassionate, resident-centered care. You will report condition changes to the RN/LPN and document in the POC system while upholding dignity and choices for residents.

This role requires good communication, a current state Nursing Assistant registry, BLS certification, and the ability to read and write in English.

Qualifikationen

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
• BLS Certification

Aufgaben

• Provide direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN
• Chart in POC system
• Demonstrate time management and prioritization of tasks
• Travel to care within Benedictine region as required
