Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a CNA-NAR Float to support multiple Benedictine facilities across Minnesota. You will provide direct resident care, communicate changes to the RN or LPN, and document in the POC system.

The role requires travel within a designated Benedictine region, excellent communication, and a compassionate approach to resident dignity and choices, with shifts that vary by facility and need.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care and reports condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
