Floating Clinical Director Assisted Living (Project Management)

American Senior Communities is now hiring a Float Clinical Director for the Assisted Living Communities

Position will be based out of Indianapolis area

  1. Making a difference in the lives of the residents we serve by providing them care and compassion.
  2. Acting as a positive teammate to fellow employees by helping onboard new teammates.
  3. Maintaining, and implementing nursing policies and procedures that reflect current standards of nursing practice, company policy, and facility philosophy of care and practices while maintaining compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
  4. Ensuring delivery of compassionate quality care evidenced by adequate services and staff coverage for the facility, appropriateness of staff, absence of odors, cleanliness, absence of pressure wounds, and maintenance of optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial function.
  5. Collaborating with physicians, consultants, community agencies, and institutions to improve quality of services and to resolve identified problems.

Requirements

  1. Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff.
  2. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  3. Indiana RN or LPN License.
  4. Two years of professional nursing experience in residential or skilled nursing community.
  5. Two years of supervisory/management experience with direct care staff.
  6. Willing to travel.
