Job summary

Cafe Services is seeking a Floating Food Service Worker to support our Corporate Dining team in Lebanon, NH. This full-time, non-exempt role offers daytime hours with no nights, weekends, or major holidays and involves assisting with food service, prep, stocking, and cleanup across café operations.

You will float between tasks, help keep areas clean and safe, and provide friendly, professional service to guests and team members, while supporting chefs as needed and ensuring a positive guest

Qualifications

• Positive, team-oriented attitude and good communication skills.
• Friendly and professional customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous food service, restaurant, or hospitality experience is helpful.
• Comfort working in different areas of the café based on business needs.

• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Accurately process customer transactions
• Assist with daily meal prep, service, and cleanup
• Stock and organize inventory, supplies, beverages, and service areas
• Assist with café setup and breakdown
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and workplace cleanliness
• Support chefs and other team members with food preparation and service as needed
• Float between different café responsibilities to provide coverage based on operational needs
