Banner Bank is seeking a Floating Banker to provide back‑up teller and banker support across multiple branches in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and California. You will process transactions, deliver exceptional client experiences, and refer bank products to help clients reach their financial goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years teller experience with sales goals required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Process client transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience with professionalism.
• Refer Bank products and services and connect clients with specialists when needed.
• Perform high‑quality work within expected deadlines, with or without direct supervision.
• Contribute positively as a collaborative team member across all assignments.
• Follow all policies, procedures, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
