You will process transactions, refer bank products, open new accounts, and provide backup teller coverage, with up to 50% travel in the defined region.

The role requires a high school diploma, 2+ years teller experience with sales goals, and good communication, accuracy, and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years teller experience including sales goals required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Process client transactions accurately per policies.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience and represent the Bank professionally.
• Refer Bank products and services and connect clients with specialists as needed.
• Perform high-quality work within deadlines, with or without supervision.
• Collaborate with team across assignments.
• Maintain reliability and punctuality.
• Sell Bank products in-person and by phone meeting referral goals.
• Open new accounts using Banner Way process.
• Provide backup teller/personal banker coverage across branches in the region.
• Follow policies, procedures, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
