Store Space Self Storage is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead operations at Jacksonville, FL locations. You’ll drive sales, manage the facility, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of customer-centered sales and collections experience.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications.
• Valid driver’s license with access to reliable transportation.
• Valid Car Insurance.
• Able to walk/sit/stand for extended periods.
• Able to operate POS and other typical office machines.
• Ability to travel between multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Increase rentals by converting opportunities and upselling.
• Facility management: keep bathrooms, hallways, lobby clean.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries.
• Cash handling, reporting, and daily deposits.
• Maintain company standards and adhere to policies.
